Living in the 5th Dimension
Interview with MA'al by Steve Nobel
This interview will discuss how entering the Age of Aquarius will change the entire paradigm of our existence. It explores the four pillars of wisdom; living in constant change; being in the flow; being connected with all life all the time; and letting go of identity and limitation. Mastering these four pillars will enable you to be in the moment, to move beyond fear, and to overcome any judgment towards yourself and others. In this interview MA'al shares her insights on the upcoming transition and how to be prepared to live in 5D.

Steve:
I have heard you mention the forthcoming changes on the earth plane; would you tell me what will be the major difference between stepping into 5D and life as we currently experience it?

MA'al:
This is an interesting question and also a complex one. First, it is important for everyone to understand that this shift is happening now. We are moving into something unknown, something beyond any security, certainty or anything which makes us feel save. We all, and this means the entire planet, are facing the challenge to open up to a new beginning and to let go completely of our past.

Steve:
When you say ‘our past’, do you mean all experiences from this and other lifetimes?

MA'al:
Exactly! Every pattern, every belief system or idea about ourselves or this world needs to change. Everything we have ever created in all of our lives is now being called to be reviewed. We can only move on into 5D, when we are ready to remember our own oneness.

Steve:
Many spiritual teachers talk about oneness. Can you say more about this idea to be in oneness?

MA'al:
When we are one with ourselves, we are one with all our experiences. We have reached a point on our spiritual path where we can accept ourselves as we are and be at peace with the world as it is.

Steve:
Talking about 5D is probably beyond the comprehension of many people walking the planet. How you would describe the difference between now and the shift we are heading for in 2008, the beginning Age of Aquarius?

MA'al:
How I see it, is that we are still living in 3D and our consciousness is awakening into 5D now. This is a very new experience and is happening for the first time on the planet. So there are no maps or guidelines. We have to develop them while as we awaken, open up towards the higher realms, and as we integrate our experiences back into our daily life. When we are connected with higher aspects of our own self, there are no more questions. So being connected and being able to integrate helps us step into place inner power, non-judgment and inner peace. We are asked to be in the moment all the time to see in every moment all possibilities, so we can make the choices that lead to the highest good of ourselves and all sentient life.

The easiest way to explain the difference is imagine someone explaining color to someone who can see only black and white. This person could talk about color in many different ways but the other will never really be able to grasp or see what this thing about color is all about. For a person who can only see in black and white no amount of information will make any difference. It is only when such a person starts to see color that the questions end. Then there are no more questions, because they simply experience color. The interesting part is that many people know that there is more than black and white even if they have not experienced color. So, if someone is talking about color then some people who only see black and white will be touched and will want to know more.

Steve:
Do many people long for something more, like the analogy of people who see only black and white yet know in their hearts that color exists?

MA'al:
When we are choosing a spiritual path we are all longing for something which we know deep in our heart already. Something, which allows us to master every challenge, which gives us the strength to stay focused under every circumstance and gives us the power to never ever give up. Everyone of us has a unique journey, providing new technologies and insight on the bigger picture is part of my service. When I started working with the Ascended Masters I was guided to open my consciousness to an extent that was at first beyond my current comprehension. It was not like anything I could have imagined by reading any kind of book about lightwork. I was challenged to let go of my limited perception of the world and every single idea about myself. This process led me to a deep remembering of who I truly am. This process of awakening was just the beginning, it brought me to a place of service for the spiritual hierarchy and allowed me to step into my place within the creation plan of the planet.

Steve:
So creating maps for 5D is part of the work you do. Is your work similar with every group?

MA'al:
In every seminar and especially in projects such as the planetary healing training the group can explore the territory that previous groups have already discovered. So each group is part of the whole work and allows the work to continue and expand. And if a part of the work is completed the information will be anchored into the crystal grids of the planet and into the higher consciousness of humanity. Everyone is than able to call forth higher frequencies with ease as the work of anchoring progresses.

Steve:
I really enjoyed your workshop because I was introduced to some new tools and different ways of working with some of the frequencies coming through. For me there seems to be a huge difference between an experience and an intellectual understanding, which is completely different. What I found was amazing, is how easy it is to align with these very high frequencies and to move through an intense transformation process in a relatively short period of time. Do you think it is becoming easier to open up to these higher frequencies entering our reality at this time?

MA'al:
To be connected with higher aspects of our own consciousness, so to say to open up for our own light is one of the greatest gifts being offered to us now as we enter into the 5th Dimension. We are receiving all the pieces of the puzzle and being encouraged to take a look at the bigger picture of our lives by our spiritual guides and teachers. In 5th Dimension there is no more space to hold on to any old sense of identity. Mostly we create identity through judgment, I am better or I am less than. In 5D there is no more space for self-denial, or self-pity. Also we need to release the idea that there is someone out there who can save us.

Steve:
OK, so would you say that it is only possibly to develop 5D-consciousness when we have managed to move beyond fear and have mastered to be in the moment?

MA'al:
Embracing 5th dimension can be a scary experience since we are moving into a new space and we cannot predict what is going to happen next. We all are so fixed about this idea that we always need to know what will happen. It makes us feel safe and creates the illusion that we have some control over our lives. But before we move on, we have to let go of the need to feel safe and as you say we have to move also beyond fear. The key is indeed to be in the moment all the time.

Steve:
You have mentioned before that it is vitally important to be free from our past in order to be prepared for what is coming. Can you share more about this?

MA'al:
When I look into people's energy fields during sessions or during the workshops it becomes really obvious how patterns, created through uncompleted experiences in past lives (trauma, loss, pain, misuse of power, spiritual knowledge or even magick, to name only a few) are deeply affecting our possibility to use our free will in order to make new choices. To see the impact in people lives when these patterns are transformed is truly wonderful. It is important to understand that we are all our lives; we are all of our experiences in this world now. Also, depending on our state of awakening, we are all our experiences in other dimensions and other worlds. All this information is locked in our cellular memory and moving into 5D will unlock these memories. Therefore everything that has not yet been integrated or completed will show up.

Steve:
Wow! This sounds like there is quite a lot of work to be done?

MA'al:
Yes that is right but the good news is that the new tools and instruments being given now are accelerating the process so it becomes really easy to move through this process and you can experience this higher state in a relatively short period of time. In the work many new instruments are being offered such as The New Rays of Transformation and the Chambers of Healing and Awakening. These are there to help us move on without falling back into any kind of drama or the need to feel guilty or ashamed about any past experience. We are now able to look at everything we have created during our incarnations on the planet and simply acknowledge this as part of our learning and as part of our path to develop compassion for others and ourselves.

Steve:
I have heard you speak about the importance of stepping into self-empowerment. Do you feel that this will enable us to work with these new tools more effectively?

MA'al
When we move into 5D we have to face many challenges. One of them is to be in the flow of change all the time. That means to let go of the past in every moment and to be open for the unknown in every moment. When we are looking for someone else to do this for us, it becomes obvious that it will not work. Self-empowerment means using your free will to make choices and also developing the courage to do so. For that there is a need for discipline as well as trust. Sometimes we are asked to take a risk. Becoming completely responsible for our own life is an important part of the work. Taking back our power is an important step we have to master.
